Over 300 participants will discuss partnership and networking opportunities within the frames of the Russian Innovation Week Conference which is to take place on October 25-26, 2012. The event in Mountain View, California will bring together Russian and American startup entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and C-level executives to build strategic partnerships, explore investment opportunities and showcase new technology innovations. RIW-2012 is hosted by the Russian Innovation Center, comprised of RUSNANO, RVC and the Skolkovo Foundation – leading Russian technology and innovation hubs.
The main areas of interest for the participants of the RIW Conference include biotech, life sciences, cleantech, nanotechnology and IT and communications. One of the key objectives of the event is to introduce American entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and executives to the great number of business opportunities in Russia.

Alexis Sukharev, President and Founder of Auriga, is one of the prominent speakers invited to make a presentation in the panel discussion “Russia’s Impact on the Global Economy: IT” which will take place on October 26. In his presentation Alexis Sukharev will cover key aspects of the Russian software export industry, including core indicators, such as IT market volume and venture investments, innovations in export and key export markets.
