Once again, Auriga—one of the frontrunners in software R&D—made the list of the leading outsourcing companies in the world according to Global Services 100. Since 2005, this list has included companies that demonstrate operational excellence in the field of ITО and BPO. Auriga made the list for the first time back in 2006 and has been recognized as one of the top-10 outsourcing companies in Eastern Europe most years since.
Performance analysis and selection of the best outsourcing companies have been carried out by Global Services under the guidance of Neogroup, a globalization advisory firm. The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities.
