Auriga Named One of the Fastest Growing IT Staffing Companies in the U.S. for Second Consecutive Year

AMHERST, NH — Auriga Inc., an Amherst-based IT consultancy, has been ranked by Purple Squirrel magazine as the 50th fastest growing staffing company in the U.S. The Purple Squirrel 100 is the list of the nation’s 100 fastest growing IT services firms over the past three years and comprises dynamic companies who play a vital role to corporate America. Auriga has received the Purple Squirrel distinction for a second straight year.
The Purple Squirrel 100 was compiled through an extensive application and evaluation process. The ranking was determined based on percentage increase in net sales from the years 1999-2001.

“Being ranked on this prestigious list for two consecutive years is a great honor, and really helps us position ourselves as one of the leaders in the staffing industry,” said Charles Lutz, Director of Staffing Services at Auriga. “This accomplishment is further testament to Auriga’s commitment to building ethical and productive relationships with consultants, staff, and clients, which have led directly to our company's growth.”

Auriga has been delivering IT staffing solutions since 1998. Today, Auriga provides its clients with highly skilled and motivated IT professionals available to work on site as contract engineers either individually or in teams. Auriga’s staffing services have evolved into a highly efficient model that has won us a host of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups.

The PS100 rankings were published in the December 2002 issue of Purple Squirrel, the only magazine in the U.S. that exclusively serves the business and information needs of the IT staffing/services industry. The list of winners was also published in The Talent Economy (serving 50,000 human capital managers in corporate America).
