Auriga President Alexis Sukharev Delivers Strong Message at U.S.-Russia Technology Symposium 2006 (Feb 9-10, Stanford, CA)

Alexis Sukharev, Auriga President and RUSSOFT Board member, participated in the 3rd annual U.S.- Russia Technology Symposium in Stanford, CA. As a founding member of RUSSOFT, the association of the leading Russian outsourcing software development vendors, Mr. Sukharev represented this organization and the entire Russian IT industry at the Symposium Panel entitled “Outsourcing: Cost Saving Measures or R&D Partnership”.

The Symposium is the West Coast’s premier investor conference on Russia which aims to cultivate a transatlantic network of business people and policy makers interested in Russian technology. It is in fact the only forum to consistently bring together executives of leading corporations and growing technology companies, distinguished scholars, institutional investors, government officials, and other decision makers from across the U.S., Russia, and Europe in a high-level, knowledge-sharing environment.

Mr. Sukharev has acted as the consistent voice for the Russian IT and delivered a strong message to the forum participants that definitely reached a fertile field to assure the industry’s further growth. “The Stanford Symposium is a serious platform for the U.S. and Russian IT industries, being a truly intimate forum for addressing business issues through substantive and interactive dialogue guided by the recognized thought leaders in global economics,” Mr. Sukharev said while sharing his impressions on this event. “It provides the leading market players and industry gurus with a unique opportunity to exchange opinions, views, and thoughts on the current market situation and trends,” he added.
