Auriga Brings Talent Development Strategy to a New Level

Woburn, MA – Auriga launches a new Talent Acquisition and Development strategic initiative.

Employee and customer satisfaction is fundamental to any company’s sustainability and success. In an IT company, just like in any other company, employees are the key factor to growth and development.

Auriga develops products and solutions for various customers: medical device manufacturers, high-tech companies, educators, and government agents. We often perform sophisticated innovative projects, requiring complex computations and science-intensive software development based on deep academic knowledge and creativity. Therefore, when it comes to hiring new employees, education level, academic background, and experience matter. We are well aware that our continued success depends on our ability to attract and retain talented, highly skilled, and motivated people who strive to perform at their absolute best while we help them to develop professional and personal skills, grow as professionals, and bring their performance to the highest level through various tools, including training, leadership, mentorship, and succession pool programs.

For 25 years, Auriga has been successfully delivering robust business and technology solutions to high-tech software and hardware product companies worldwide. It is important for us to foster long-term customer relationships by making every effort to adapt to our customers’ needs, offering them innovative products and solutions for the challenges they face in their specific market niche and environment, tailoring our existing business models to their expectations, and adjusting our processes and practices to those currently in place. To further improve this customer-centriс approach and to provide a higher level of service and customer satisfaction, we’ve decided to consolidate all our efforts in the area of talent management and created a new strategic operations area “Talent Acquisition and Development” headed by Andrey Pronin, Auriga’s SVP of Strategy, Technology, and Marketing.

When introducing the new program, Vyacheslav Vanyulin, Auriga’s General Manager, emphasized the following:

Talented engineers and managers are the main and most important resources of our company. Currently, Auriga is experiencing significant growth, many of our customers are expanding their cooperation with us, and we require more engineers to meet their needs. At the same time, we have new customers, and of course, we would like to provide the best value to help them meet their business goals and that same level of individual approach that makes our company unbeatable in the vendor–customer relationship area. Therefore, engineering talent development and retention is our top priority right now.

Andrey Pronin also commented on his new role in the company:

I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to take on such an exciting role at Auriga. I look forward to exploring new ways that I can apply my experience to help Auriga grow and maintain the best engineering team on the market. So far, I see a few focus areas for this role. I plan to make some changes to the approach to hiring new engineers based on the standardization of the process, identification of relevant and interesting projects for experienced engineers, and creation of an extensive pool of specialists. Additionally, we will revise our training courses, adjust them to help new engineers become integrated in their teams and projects, as well as create new courses for technologies relevant to our customers.
