As a team member YOU will be responsible for:

  • Producing a pipeline of interested customers and partners within the DACH region;
  • Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications;
  • Driving sales opportunities from the inception to successful closure while leveraging engineering support infrastructure available within organization;
  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel our growth;
  • Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within the DACH region;
  • Achieving weekly reporting and sales status development;
  • Achieving annual quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business;
  • Understanding customer needs and establish business relationships with C level decision makers;

As a candidate YOU should meet following requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Management, or Software Engineering / Computer Science;
  • Experience selling software and IT consultancy services, both fixed price and T&M models;
  • Proven track record of successful prospecting for new business in IT and Hi-Tech industry;
  • Previous accomplishment of territory business growth or individual account growth;
  • Demonstrated ability to sell large-scale service engagements to European customers;
  • Background in software development would be considered as an advantage;
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, diverse, geographically distributed corporate environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Assertiveness, self-discipline and self-motivation, ability to work successfully in a remote environment;
  • Fluent in German and English languages;
