Senior Sales Manager (Software Services)

AURIGA BALTICS is our nearshore R&D engineering center at the heart of Europe. During 10+ years of steady growth Auriga Baltics participated in several complex projects, successfully completing such tasks as system-level and embedded software development, med-tech R&D, cloud computing, HIL testing and test automation. We are looking for an energetic, driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our sales team. Ideal candidate should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.

As a Senior Sales Manager you will be hunting new business within the USA. Ideal candidate should be able to drive sales opportunities from the inception to successful closure while leveraging engineering support infrastructure available within organization.

As a team member YOU will be responsible for:

  • Work hard to produce a pipeline of interested customers and partners;
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications;
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth;
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within the US;
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling);
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts;
  • Participate in marketing activities, attend virtual and offline marketing events;
  • Contribute to corporate marketing (targeted campaigns, web site);
  • Achieve weekly reporting and sales status development;
  • Achieve annual quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

As a candidate YOU should meet following requirements:

  • Sales experience (software sales is a must);
  • Vast experience in inside sales;
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business;
  • Selling software services, both fixed price and time&material models;
  • Software engineering background is a big plus;
  • Self-motivated to grow small operations to large;
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale;
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
