Auriga, a software development and testing services provider, is pleased to announce that Elena Sardovskaya is joining its top management team as the HR Director. Ms. Sardovskaya is a recognized IT HR expert who brings over 17 years of professional experience onboard.
Ms. Sardovskaya will supervise and provide consultation on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. She will also take the leadership role in sustaining and developing Auriga’s corporate culture to enable our employees to perform in accordance with our new objectives. In addition, she will supervise and expand Auriga’s HR and community-related initiatives as well as promote the company’s brand on the labor market.
Ms. Sardovskaya started her career in HR as an assistant recruiter in a recruiting agency. Later, she became the IT Department Director, and since then, she has been working in the IT sphere. She conducted recruiting system audits that allowed companies to build efficient HR departments and double their recruitment speed. Her employee motivation development projects helped reduce turnover by 50% and overfulfill the sales plan by 15%. She worked as the HR Director for the “Microtest” system integrator and “The IT Group” and successfully completed many HR projects for both startups and large IT companies.
